Absolutely, we do! Wire Management is included in every TV Installation as well as Tilt Wall Mount. We also offer a la carte Wire Management Services.
Our Professional TV Mounting services include a Tilt Wall Mount. We encourage our clients to use our products to redeem the service warranty. Our prices are not altered when providing your own mount. However, it will void our service warranty.
Our online booking calendar is accurate. We do not offer cancellation/waitlist. Mount Man of Mobile offers Emergency Appointments for a surcharge of $100. The Emergency Surcharge is due at the time of booking. Emergency Surcharge fess are non-refundable. Emergency Appointments will be completed within 24-48hrs of booking. Emergency Appointments are stand by appointments on a specific given day. These Appointments MUST be booked by calling (251) 295-3085.
If you would like to cancel your appointment with no intent to reschedule, please use the link provided to you via email when you initially set up your appointment or give us a call. Please note all deposits are non-refundable.
If you would like to reschedule, please use the link provided to you via email when you initially set up your appointment or give us a call. You are granted 45 days to reschedule your appointment. After this time, your deposit is deemed non-refundable.
Our services are scheduled on a time window basis of 8:00a-12:00p and 1:00p-5:00p. Our technicians perform installations during the hours of 8:00a-8:00p. The time selected during your scheduling is not the exact time of arrival. We provided a courtesy call 20-30 minutes prior to arrival.
If you have errands to run please feel free to do so.
We encourage you to give the technician the best ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) as possible. If it is outside of our 30-minute waiting period, our technicians will contact the next appointment in line. We will contact you following the next appointment. We encourage you or someone over the age of 19 yrs to be available to avoid cancellation.
